Cogapp, the Brighton-based company that he founded in 1985 is dedicated to building a better world online. It specialises in work for content-rich organisations including museums, archives and publishers.
Wired Sussex, where Alex is also a founder/director is the business development and support organisation whose members are the vibrant community of technology businesses clustered around Brighton.
In addition to his roles at Cogapp and Wired Sussex, Alex serves as a governor at Blatchington Mill School. He is a member of Woodcraft Folk and a supporter of Extinction Rebellion.
