Kate has over 10 years Project Management experience, collaborating with local governments, arts organisations, charities, and businesses of all sizes to break down complex problems and imagine creative solutions. Kate is a qualified KS1&2 teacher, and has honed her skills across various roles from running Christmas toy shops to managing festival stages to working in e-commerce startups. What emerged was a passion for behind-the-scenes work, shaping narratives and bringing ideas to life.
Kate joined Future Creators in July 2024 as Programme Manager to support the development and delivery of Coastal Catalyst, in partnership with Talent Accelerator. Coastal Catalyst is a collaborative programme funded by Arts Council England (ACE) under the Place Partnership fund. The programme aims to foster creativity, skills development, and employability among young people aged 14-25 along the Sussex Coastal Corridor.
