Donna is a creative programme director and strategist with more than 25 years experience as a cultural leader working in research and development, policy and practice across the private, public and third sector and in higher education.
A festivals specialist Donna has developed festival programmes and cultural strategy across the UK, Europe and further afield and won the Brighton Legend Award at the Yearly Music Convention Awards in 2018.
In the pursuit of exploring the interface between cultural production, creative tech and the opportunities that brings ideas, talent and audience development, Donna is Associate Director of Threshold Studios, Digital Culture Associate at Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Brighton’s School of Media as well as an Associate Director of Festival Events International.
